Orders and shipping

How long does delivery take?

We prepare and deliver your order in approximately 48/72 business hours from payment confirmation.

Is the packaging discreet?

Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no reference to the contents.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on orders over €49 to mainland Spain. For smaller orders, the cost is calculated and shown in the cart before you pay.

Do you ship to the Balearic or Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla?

Our shipping is currently set up for mainland Spain. If you are elsewhere, message us before ordering and we will tell you if it is possible.

How can I track my order?

Message us on WhatsApp at +34 679 36 27 98 or email hola@cbdgreen420.es with your order number and we will tell you where it is.

Payments and discounts

Which payment methods do you accept?

Online you can pay by Visa or Mastercard via Redsys, the Spanish banks' payment gateway. Your card details never go through our website.

Do you have a welcome discount?

Yes. For your first purchase, create an account and use the code BIENVENIDA10 to get 10% off. Valid once per customer, for registered accounts, on orders over €20 (excluding shipping) and not on products already on sale.

Do you have a loyalty card?

Yes, in our physical shop. Every purchase over €25 earns a stamp and, with 9 stamps, your tenth purchase gets 20% off (on purchases under €100).

Products and legal status

Are CBD products legal?

Yes. We sell hemp-derived products with less than 0.3% THC, the limit set by European regulations for industrial hemp. Flowers and hash are sold as collectors' items.

Do CBD products have psychoactive effects?

No. CBD is not psychoactive, and the THC content of our CBD products is below the legal limit.

What is each product for?

Each product page states the intended use, size and characteristics. If you have any doubts, ask us before buying.

Do I have to be over 18 to buy?

Yes. Sales are restricted to adults over 18.

Returns

My order arrived damaged or is not what I ordered

Message us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the product and the package. We will review it and sort it out.

Can I return a product?

You have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase, provided the product is unopened and with its original seal. For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened cannot be returned. Contact us to start a return.

Physical shop and club

Can I buy in the physical shop?

Of course. We are at Pje. Río Mundo, 1, Torremolinos. Open Monday to Friday 10:30–14:30 and 17:00–21:30, and Saturday 10:00–14:30.

What is the 420 THC Green Private Club?

A private non-profit association in Torremolinos, with access restricted to adult members. It is independent from the online shop. See how it works on the club page.
